Through its three business areas, Danfoss Universe works with enhancing innovation and learning and generating enthusiasm and knowledge about science and technology. In addition, Danfoss Universe is co-founder of the research centre called Universe Research Lab which focuses on learning and innovation.
These focus areas give us a unique combination of insight and skills. Consequently we are widely experienced in and have a profound appreciation of effective learning, creative thinking and improving one's innovative capabilities. This same combination has created Impact. We help companies that want to improve their innovative capacity - and we support the companies' strategic efforts to generate new visions and growth.
On our way to reaching the goal, we work with facts and the necessary mindset for facilitating adaptability. Thus, we stimulate change and growth through a broad array of exercises and tools. Know-how and tools that are all based on valid research and knowledge, ensuring a credible foundation for generating ideas and innovation.
Facts and data are therefore collated and analysed jointly with Impact's vast network of leading experts, research institutions, think tanks and educational establishments. This way, we ensure that our knowledge is always updated and constantly developing. Impact is furthermore involved in a number of international research and development projects within learning, creativity and innovation, for instance in collaboration with Harvard University and Wharton University.
